Services
Individual Therapy
Relationships can suffer when there’s a topic that blocks you from connecting with friends, family, or your trusted consort. You don’t have to do this alone.
I specialize in offering individual therapy to those who have experienced or are experiencing:
Infidelity
Infertility
Grief and Loss
I will join you and sit in it with you. We’ll slow down the process and leave lots of space to express anger and/or sadness, discern meaning, breath, organize, and ultimately glean wisdom. Through attuned reflections, thoughtful questions, and being held in regard, you’ll arrive in a new space with your own insight and clarity.

Couples Therapy
Partnerships can be filled with intimacy and aliveness. Together in weekly sessions, we’ll practice new ways for you to reach each other. Typically one partner withdraws while the other pursues, creating a cycle of disconnection where the harder the pursuer tries the reach their partner, the further the withdrawn partner becomes. While this strategy is ultimately an attempt to regain or maintain connection, it results in hurt.
The first distinct phase of couples therapy is to slow down this cycle and de-escalate communications. This leave space for deeper conversations that can reverse the cycle and draw partners closer together for comfort and care during times of distress. I specialize in:
Couples who have young children or new baby
Couples who have a business or demanding career
Couples who have experienced infidelity or an emotional affair (which has ended)
Couples with combined families
Couples with involved grandparents or in-laws
Competing attachments often result in one partner feeling stuck in the middle and the other partner feeling relegated to a lower priority. It doesn’t have to be this way. Let’s restructure a new pattern that results in a sense of safety during times of distress.

Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, healthcare providers need to give patients who don’t have or aren't using insurance an estimate of the expected total charges for any non-emergency healthcare services services, including psychotherapy services. Although I cannot provide an exact figure, I can provide an estimate by imagining an client attends weekly sessions (at $185/week for individuals or $220/week for couples and families) for six to twelve months (26-52 weeks), if that client were an individual the estimate would be between $4,810 - $9,620. If the client were an couple or family the estimate would be between $5,720-$11,440. You can ask any health care provider you choose for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Be sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate.
